DOMESTIC: For paintings over 8x10 in size, buyer pays actual shipping costs, including packaging materials and handling. Shipping costs calculated at time of purchase are an estimate only. In the case of an underpayment, an invoice for the difference will be sent. Items will not ship until full payment of shipping costs is received. In the case of an overpayment, a refund for the difference will be issued to the same payment method you used to complete the purchase.

Return & Refund Policy
My intention is for each customer to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. In the case that there is a problem, my return policy is as follows:
For online orders:

Returns must be initiated no later than 30 days after the original order date. To initiate a return, email amy@wordmagicart.com with the order number and reason for return.

Unless the item is defective, return shipping is at customer’s expense. Once the item is received, the refund will be processed. Initial shipping expenses will be deducted from the refund amount.
For in-person transactions:

Unless the item is defective, all in-person sales are final. Full or partial refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis for special circumstances.

Refunds for services (such as readings) may be given if I need to cancel your session due to an emergency situation and rescheduling for the foreseeable future is not an option. All other refund requests will be considered on a case by case basis, and approval of refund is not guaranteed. Please proceed with the understanding that all sales are final when it comes to readings.
